| Coron is a small fishing village located southeast of the island of Busuanga, Palawan and opposite the island of Coron � the ancestral homeland of the Tagbanuas. It is part of the Calamianes Group of Islands and located southwest of Mindoro Island, Philippines. |
| OOn September 24, 1944 this island was a witness to the US Navy�s aerial bombardment of the Japanese cargo and support vessels, seeking shelter in its turquoise waters. These have now become a sanctuary for a variety of marine creatures that call these wrecks their home. |
| WWe are located in Barangay Sta. Monica, 15 minutes west of Coron town and 30 minutes from the Busuanga Airport - a perfect get-a-way for those wanting to leave it all behind. Island Hopping
Take a banca – a native outrigger boat - and go around Coron Island and discover its numerous beaches, coves, lakes and lagoons. Visit the picturesque Cayangan Lake with its limestone cliffs and clear waters, snorkel around Twin Rocks and Siete Pecados, enjoy the many beaches of the island and cap the day by taking a hot water dip in Maquinit Springs.
One may also take the boat to Sangat Island and enjoy the Coral Garden, Lusong Wreck and East Tangat Wreck and beach - with only your snorkeling gear. The more patient ones can relax at the beach while waiting for the monkeys and kingfishers to make their appearance.
Islands include: Calumbuyan Island, Culion (former site of the Philippines leper colony), Malcapuya Island (white sand beach similar to that of Boracay), Black Island (beaches and caves), etc.
Diving
Scuba dive and explore the World War II Japanese Wrecks � there are the �Big Six� Wrecks that one must explore. Dive the geothermal waters of Barracuda Lake, and if weather permits, be captivated by the Cathedral � located on the east coast of Coron Island.
Scuba diving lessons and Discover Scuba Diving are likewise offered.
Calauit Island
Take the whole day and enjoy Calauit Island, see zebras, antelopes, impalas, gazelles, elands, giraffes, monkeys, exotic birds and other wildlife in a natural environment. Established by the late Pres. Ferdinand E. Marcos, this wildlife sanctuary has modest accommodations for the more adventurous travelers.
Mountain Biking
Enjoy the wonders of Busuanga by riding around the island with your mountain bike. Stop at the beaches for a quick dip or explore the numerous trails that lead to mangrove forests and rivers.
Hiking / Trekking
Enjoy a commanding view of the island, Coron Bay and Maricaban Bay, when you join the guided tour of Mt. Tundalara, the highest point in Busuanga. This normally takes the whole day and may be strenuous at hot for weekend warriors.
Horseback Riding
Trail horses are available for a short relaxing ride around the base of Mt. Tundalara.

Resort Facilities and Amenities

Stay in one of our 5 casitas, these are fully air-conditioned rooms with its private toilet & bath and veranda. Our La Vista rooms are located at the base of a small hill overlooking the swimming pool, each building has 4 rooms with a common veranda. It is perfect for a small group or a family. Accommodations are fully air-conditioned, with mini-bars, TV and DVD player, refrigerators, emergency lights, fans and 220 Volts AC power.
A guitar shaped swimming pool and jacuzzi is located a few meters from the casitas - a perfect way to end your day. The more adventurous ones can take a dip at the crystal clear waters of the Dimanyan River while small fish and shrimps swim beside you. One can also follow the trail beside the river and take a leisurely hike to the forest.
A great way to start the day is by climbing the 250 or so steps up the Jonera Climb Lookout and wait for the sunrise. You�ll have a 360-degree view from here and if the weather permits, will even allow you to see the famous Coron Island � home of the native Tagbanuas.
Satellite TV and snacks are available at the Snack Bar until 10PM.
The resort is equipped with a back up generator.
